Nutrition Services Can Help You Live A Healthier Life

The Nutrition Services team provides support to patients referred to us by their primary care providers. Our goal is to see patients on the same day as their primary care appointment. This means you may not have to miss work or spend extra time traveling back and forth between appointments to receive necessary healthcare.

We welcome everyone to meet with one of our Registered Dietitians. We want all of our patients to become better informed on how to live healthy lifestyles and use nutritious foods to boost immune systems, moods, energy, and overall health.

At Blue Ridge Health, we use an interdisciplinary approach to help our adult and child patients who have been diagnosed with eating disorders. Primary care and behavioral health teams work hand-in-hand to help our patients reach their goals.

Nutrition Services at Blue Ridge Health

We know nutrition is specific to each individual, which is why all of our appointments include personal evaluations and goal-setting with your priorities in mind. Our team can help you make a plan to improve your blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, or relationship with food and your body.

We embrace the idea of Health at Every Size® and work with patients to find the healthy habits that will work best for their family, budget, culture, and preferences.  Nutrition services are available through Blue Ridge Health for children, adults of all ages, and those who are pregnant.
